There may be a number of reasons why your payment is not showing against your property. For us to attempt to locate this payment, please provide the following information:
- How the payment was made - did you pay online, in person, by direct debit, automatic payment, NZ Post Office shop, other?
- When was the payment made? The date and ideally time
- If it was an online payment, what was the reference you used?
- The amount that was paid.
The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be to search for your payment. We will then let you know the outcome of the search. If the payment can be located, the 10% penalty will not apply.
